Railing project for our good partner---French Bouygues in 2017

This client had made a small order with us before doing the project at the Tuen Mun Tunnel in Hong Kong. Before they placed the order, we didn't notice the client's background. When the order was placed, the customer sent us a very thick contract. We felt confused as we got the PI with one or two pages generally. Then the International purchasing agent of our client explained to us that their company is very big so the process is strict and hope that we can understand. We found out that it’s the world's top 500 company and the second largest builder in the world.
Because it is used as a temporary railing on the tunnel, the quality requirements are not high. But when they received our goods, they said our quality had exceeded their expectations. We are the company mainly focus on high-end railing, so frankly said, we don’t make money from this project. But what we gain is that we have firmer relationship with our client after finished this project. It's a great honor to work with such big client.
