This client is a overseas Chinese in America, which is a contractor. Although it’s not a big order, the design that client provided is unique and fashion. It’s a glass spiral staircase with glass treads. It took long time to communicate and confirmthis design at the beginning. When the client received the goods and encountered any problems during installation, we worked out with them to solve the problems timely.
